Rob's first solo CD "In the Big City" is now available. Featured is the music of Nick Lane, Kim Scharnberg, Theodore Holdheim, Rychard Cooper and Michael Galib. Rob was ably assisted by pianists Scott Dunn and Byran Pezzone, trombonist Jim Miller and "The Big City Trumpets" including Jon Lewis, Rob Roy McGregor, David Washburn, Chris Still, Mike Zonshine and Fenton Frear, conducted by Johannes Muller-Stosch. Norm is busy with all the welcoming of Gustavo Dudamel to the Los Angeles Philharmonic, while Rob gets ready to go out on tour with "Star Wars in Concert." Marty's glad to be mostly finished with the H'wood Bowl orchestra librarian job for the year and Sarah is busy playing all over town. Andy is happy to be alive, happy to have a new grandaughter, and as busy as ever playing, rabble-rousing and teaching at both CSUN and Pepperdine.
